Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Request Form
Use this form to request that LPCPL borrow items on your behalf from a participating Indiana library that does not charge a fee for lending items to another library. This is an interlibrary loan request or ILL.

It is important that you know the following:
- Only items that are not available from one of La Porte County Public Library's lending locations will be considered for ILL.
- It may take up to 6 weeks to receive your ILL item(s).
- ILL requests are subject to the approval of the lending library.
- Not all materials are eligible for interlibrary loan.
- If an ILL item is determined to be lost or damaged by the lending library, you will be charged for the item at the rate set by the lending library.
If additional information is needed to complete your request, you will be contacted by a LPCPL staff member.
